The 2019 Senior Ski and Toboggan Evaluations will be conducted on March 3, 2019 at Beaver Mountain Resort, outside of Logan, Utah.

Both the Ski and Toboggan evaluations are conducted the same day but require separate registrations.  You must register for both modules at NSP and for the day with us in the Intermountain Division.

Register at NSP for Skiing Evaluation - Login to NSP.org and select Member Resources - Course Schedule.  Then search for and register for course (the 2019 course is not registered yet.)

Register at NSP for Toboggan Evaluation - Login to NSP.org and select Member Resources - Course Schedule.  Then search for and register for course (the 2019 course is not registered yet.)

Register with IMD and pay fees. - Registration details are still being finalized.  The link will appear here.

Candidates are assigned to be evaluated for one skill in the morning and the other skill in the afternoon.  You can pass one skill (S / Skiing or T / Toboggan) without passing the other.  If you pass one, you will have three seasons to pass the other before the skill you passed expires and needs to be evaluated again.

The Senior S & T day has limited capacity and so for those that have not passed either part of the exam, allocation of evaluation slots is first come, first served. If you have passed one part (S or T) without passing the other, as long as you register at least two weeks in advance, you will have priority in being registered to be evaluated for the part you are missing.  Because other patrollers will likely be precluded from participating, the registration fee to attend S & T is not refundable.  If you say you are coming, we want you to have skin in the game.  If your plans change, please notify us promptly so that another patroller on the waiting list may be included.
